Dr. Bittner and his Wonderful Staff of Dentists and Assistants are all Excellent. They use the latest techniques and equipment to minimize the discomfort associated with any dental procedure. Deceptive billing practices. I was never informed I was an out-of-network patient until after receiving a $172 bill. The moment I provided my insurance information (I am not on Cigna, apparently their only in-network provider), I should have been told upfront so I could make an informed decision about my care. I usually get anxious at medical facilities, but I look forward to my appointments at Bittner Family Dental as my dental health improves with each visit. With lasers, I was able to get my cavities done without numbing, which was awesome. Dr. Jerry is exceptionally skilled, and the welcoming and comfortable staff makes the procedures easier.
