Cassandra, my hygienist, did an excellent job during my entire appointment. She explained everything, answered my questions, was professional, friendly, and great to work with me. Thank you to Cassandra and all of the other team members at Bittner Family Dental Group. My wife and I do not go anywhere else. They are fantastic.
This is a very good dental practice, well run and does quality work. The doctors, staff, assistants, hygienists are very good and genuinely care for the patients. They are a bit more expensive than other practices but I think they provide excellent service in return.
I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Jen, Brianna, and Isabel for my wonderful first visit. I have not been to a dentist for quite some time now and came across Bittner Family Dental. I was nervous at first; however, Isabel was super kind and welcoming when I first walked in. I felt very at home. She was detail oriented, asked what concern I may have for my teeth (+ treatments available). I’ve been bringing my son here since he was very little, and he truly enjoys coming to his appointments. Dr. Jerry is an excellent dentist who always makes him feel comfortable. Isabel and Fallon have been wonderful with my son, and the entire staff is always kind, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for making every dental cleaning such a positive experience. We truly appreciate the great care you provide!
This dentist office is the best one I've been to. Their team is incredibly thorough, they explain everything as they go along, and provide a white glove experience the whole time you're there. Thank you Isabel, Vicki, Crystal, Jerome and Dr.Chloe for all your help during my first visit.
