Dr. Bittner was my doctor at SWM, he is amazing! He is the kind of doctor who truly cares about his patients. I have had several others since he left and they have only made me appreciate Dr. Bittner even more. I am trying to get transferred to him but it is a insurance company issue right now. If you are fortunate to be able to see him I highly recommend him.
I am not receiving quality care. I have been dealing with trying to switch a Bi-Pap machine to an auto Bi-Pap machine for nearly two months. My quality of life is being affected as I cannot tolerate the existing Bi-Pap machine configuration. The staff has been completely helpless in this effort; they are clueless and don’t understand the issue.
