Truly unbelievable customer service! I do not know the owners or anyone who works there but was blown away by their concern when there was a tiny problem with my order. I live out of town and just called the first flower shop that popped up in a search. They went above and beyond to correct it without me even asking. Spread the word ---trustworthy, affordable businesses like this are hard to find! They will handle all my floral/gift needs in the Shreveport/Bossier area from now on!

I ordered a stork rental for my sons arrival home from the hospital. Super easy to deal with, just called & paid over the phone. They respond quickly to Facebook messages and the stork is adorable!! Rental arrived on time as promised. Highly recommend these sweet ladies:)

Bittersweet Flowers and Gifts is now my default florist for floral gifts for my family in Shreveport. After calling to request a Valentine's Day bouquet for our almost 5-month-old granddaughter, Zoey Kate, I was delighted to see that the bouquet was delivered, as promised, this morning - and it's lovely! I recommend this small business without reservation. Friendly, professional and competent. Julie and Brenda are simply the best! I love these ladies; they are amazing and inspire me. They make the most beautiful arrangements; creative and unique. They also have made me many corsages and mums for homecoming and they are always wonderful. I love their shop and they have some great gifts and just do the most amazing work. I highly, highly recommend these ladies to everyone! Thank you for all you do. :-)

These awesome ladies made all my flower arrangements for my wedding back in October, and they couldn't have been more beautiful !!!! They exceeded every expectation and gave me more than what I could have dreamed of. They are such sweet ladies and I would recommend them to anyone !!!!!
