Without a doubt, the best customer service I have EVER received!! Some extremely intelligent folks in there, if you have a problem, consider it fixed. Dang good people.
These guys literally go the extra mile to help you. When I brought in my machine to have a case fan installed, instead of making me wait an additional two days to for the part, Thomas drove to Kansas City himself to get the part so I could have my computer back on schedule.
Two of the best people I know! Will bend over backwards to help you! They are still part of my Emporia family even though I'm 10 hours away now! Live ya all!
