Tried just about 2 of everything. Didn’t know what I was doing/getting and they explained everything and each piece was a good chunk of meat unlike the other spots. Ferrari and the head chef really know their stuff and prioritize authenticity
Insanely tasty, fresh and AUTHENTIC sushi.
Tucked next to the Dallas Zoo, this spot is well worth the effort to locate. I went with the bite flight as a first timer. Started with a grin at shishitos - was cheezing ear-to-ear by the time the yellowtail was plated. Even the tofu was amazing. Yes... I said it. The tofu. Bring yer wallet. Getting full will cost but it's greenbacks well spent. Protip: if you miss the bacon/scallop skewers... yer doin' it wrong. Only drawback is the place is small. No doubt it will stay packed once word gets out. *fire*
Everything we ordered was perfection. Small bites with tremendous flavor prepared and presented with beautiful appreciation for details.
