Ordered rib meat sandwich and there was several pieces of gristle in it. I called to talk to the MGR and they weren't in...said they would get back with me. I never received a call. Very disappointed.
Bite Me BBQ in Wichita has managed to employ one of the most openly sickening and racist disgraces to Kansas. Her public social media account was full of hateful innuendo and obscene bigotry. All of this, along with every trace of her presence on the internet, has since conveniently disappeared. Fellow patrons: Will you remain complicit in this?

Yesterday we went to Bite Me before the Kiss concert. I have never been and had heard the food is delicious. We had a party of 12, we all ordered dinner and drinks. Bloody Mary’s took 15 minutes to arrive at our table and we had to go directly to the bar to order a few drinks. Our server was unfriendly, she literally did not smile one single time, and had a difficult time separating checks and or combing bar and table tabs. Granted the food didn’t disappoint but if this is Bite Me’s standard for service, we won’t return.
Stopped in for lunch - amazing prime rib and rib meat sandwiches. Top tier BBQ - nice smoky flavor, tender, moist, topped off with great sauce. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, fantastic service...This is one of those places you will want to remember to come back to often.
