We also have 12 TV's for your sports enjoyment. Hours of operation are - Closed Sundays, Mon-Thurs, 11-9 PM. Fri/Sat., 11-10 PM. We also feature our smoked prime rib dinner on Fri/Sat from 5PM to close. 12, 16 and 24 oz. cuts are available. Come in and check us out

I selected ~ Excellent ~ because it the BEST Prime Rib in town.
I got the rib sandwich it was ok. It was the first time I had ever eaten there before. The atmosphere was different from what I am used to. I wiil come back and try something different.

Food was awesome! Fall off the bone ribs! And nice portions!
Sides were good. Great server. Nice place. Good iced tea and condiment bar. Brisket was some of the worst I've ever had.
We drove up from Dallas TX to see the Eclipse and on our way back stopped at Bite Me BBQ for some good Kansas BBQ and were absolutely not disappointed. From the service to the flavor to the side items it was just absolutely amazing. I'ts hard to find good BBQ in Dallas, maybe further out in Texas but i have no idea yet. Kansas! THANK YOU!!!!!!!! :) i got the ribs and they were so huge i couldn't finish them so i made some eggs the next morning, got my left over white toast and rib meat and threw that all together. (Y)
