We also have 12 TV's for your sports enjoyment. Hours of operation are - Closed Sundays, Mon-Thurs, 11-9 PM. Fri/Sat., 11-10 PM. We also feature our smoked prime rib dinner on Fri/Sat from 5PM to close. 12, 16 and 24 oz. cuts are available. Come in and check us out

Absolutely amazing! We are visiting from California and were wanting to experience real bbq while in Kansas. This definitely did just that. Next time I will go out of my way to come here again. Service is great, food is delicious! I will be spreading the word. Thank you for such a great experience!
First time in Bite Me BBQ yesterday and it was the best BBQ I've probably ever had.. Great food and great service.. I'll be back..
Service is main issue. Terrible service on our first visit about a year ago. Tried again today. waitress took the drink order, then came back to the table two other times and never took our order. said she had to get something to another table then would be right back. I watched her go in and out of the kitchen 3 times with nothing in her hands. Not sure what she was doing. Also never got the Bud Light that was ordered. Not sure what the manager was doing either since I seen her walking around aimlessly not checking on table... read more
