Excellent food and great service. It’s a small restaurant but great flavor and taste. Sunday’s are very busy after 11am.
I've been eating at Bit o country for 26 years or so. no matter how long it is between visits they never let me down. The number one is one of my regular choices but this time I ordered the house omelet and it was amazing.

This venue is centrally located, and although there is alfresco dining, there is not a lot to see, but during the ideal seasonal weather, it is nice to be outside. The strength of this eatery is its consistency of food, menu, and service.
This was the best breakfast I have had while living in Palm Springs. The staff are friendly, service is quick. Food served hot!! I will be here everyday!!! 👍🏼😋
