Great Experience – I highly recommend Bit by Bit. My computer had a virus I had gotten from an email and he was able to fix it in one day at an extremly reasonable price as opposed to competitors who wanted over $200 and to keep my computer for atleast 5 days. Followed up with me afterwards to make sure that everything worked as well. Highly recommend.

I run a doctors office around Dutchmans lane, and we were using a person for our technical issues that one of our employees knew. He gave us an OK deal but really did not know much about what he was doing in terms of fixing things. I have a local packaging company and I hired Bit By Bit to replace my IT staff. They were the most knowledgeable people that I have come across. They set up our server and set up automatic backups to prevent us losing our important information. We liked them so much that a few of my employees have even used them in their home. Great pricing as well.

Great job at local business – I own a small packaging company here in Louisville. We were using Advanced Business Solutions but they were getting too expensive and weren't meeting my needs. Bit By Bit goes above and beyond in what they do and are the most knowledgeable people I have come across. They now manage our servers, do our general IT support, and fix any problems that come along. Saved our computer! – Our computer was non functioning. We could not use the internet and it would randomly freeze. The professionals at bit by bit were able to fix our computer without losing our data. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
