After listening to podcasts by Dr. David Burns, and reading some of his book, "Feeling Good," I began looking for a therapist trained in TEAM-CBT. Cheryl is top notch. She is warm, empathetic, professional, and honest. Other types of therapy did not really give me tools to deal with what I was dealing with. Cheryl, and TEAM-CBT did. Highly recommend.
Cheryl is warm, skilled, knowledgeable and most importantly real. She brings her authentic presence into each appointment. She is a rare mix of ‘heart’ and ‘let’s get to work’. I cannot recommend her enough!
