Bistro Noir is a beautiful place .The owner Suzanne is beautiful charming as are her staff. The food is super yummy and delicious.i highly recommend Bistro Noir .
Great lunch at Bistro Chat Noir yesterday!! This is our favorite place to enjoy a meal when we visit Manhattan. Food and service as always was excellent! Thank you Suzanne and Hassan for another memorable experience.
We had the set menu and every dish from starter to desert was absolutely delicious. Unconventional pairing of ingredients, elegantly presented and exquisite flavors. I will be back!
We visited from the UK in December 2012 and spent the evening of Christmas Day having a wonderful meal at Bistro Chat Noir. My husband still raves about the Truffle Mac 'n' Cheese which was to die for! Will be booking for Christmas Day 2015!
Love this place! Everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere is a ten! Can't go wrong.
