My daughter and I enjoyed a late afternoon lunch. Loved the French Onion Soup, the Cheese Soufle and the Mango with Lobster salad. Lupillo provided outstanding service and attention to detail. We ill return.
The service here is simply phenomenal!!! I got the tuna tartar & it was perfect. Definitely worth a trip to the UES.

My husband and I dined at quaint Bistro Chat Noir to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement. We are so pleased that we chose this restaurant for our special evening!
