This is a great place for a fancy dinner. I go here on special occasions or dinner with the girls. It is a little pricey but for good reason. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is great and the service is good too, with the exception of a few servers.
Class and Good Food – Food is great and atmosphere is romantic. Great place for a date.
Great food. – I've been to every restaurant in Valdosta & surrounding towns. The Bistro is the place to eat, place to meet up with friends & relax to a jazz band in the bar. From the Drunken Angus to Rare Sesame Tuna to the wide variety of wines & drinks. The atmosphere, no other place in town can come even close to what they have.
The best place to eat, drink & relax. – The Bistro is a complete place, the food is out of this world, there drinks, live music. From the Drunken Angus to the Rare Sesame Tuna, they also have an wide variety of wine & drinks. You want to have a great times with your family, friends or business partners go the The Bistro.

The atmosphere is easy-going and relaxing, and believe it or not, somewhat romantic (dimly lit with candles)! I easily get the vibe of an upscale New York-style ... read more
