This is a great place for a fancy dinner. I go here on special occasions or dinner with the girls. It is a little pricey but for good reason. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is great and the service is good too, with the exception of a few servers.

Great food. – I've been to every restaurant in Valdosta & surrounding towns. The Bistro is the place to eat, place to meet up with friends & relax to a jazz band in the bar. From the Drunken Angus to Rare Sesame Tuna to the wide variety of wines & drinks. The atmosphere, no other place in town can come even close to what they have.

One of the nicer restaurants in Valdosta The Bistro has a great atmosphere for a date night & has great food. This is one of the nicer restaurants in Valdosta. If you're tired of eating at the steakhouses there try checking out this place.

This restaurant, at least when it comes to the dinner entrees, is a little pricey. But I guess you get what you pay for! I love the food! My one complaint would be: No tomatoes on the salads!!! The lunch buffet is great, too. You get alot of veggies (still no tomatoes on the salads) and I feel as though the food is more healthier than any other buffet I've partaken. The atmosphere is easy-going and relaxing, and believe it or not, somewhat romantic (dimly lit with candles)! I easily get the vibe of an upscale New York-style ... read more
