The Exchange Club of Valdosta had our officers installation banquet here on June 28. The atmosphere was great, the wait staff amazing and the food was delicious! Charles and his staff does a phenomenal job. I've never had a bad experience or meal here in the 11 years I've been coming to The Bistro. I highly encourage you to try it if you have not done so.
The Bistro is a great stop for a wonderful food evening. My friend and I made such a stop last night. Debbie was our server and couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the menu and made recommendations. I chose the Crab Bisque and it was loaded with crabmeat. The Pan seared Scallops...mouthwatering! My friend had the Drunken Filet...and again melt in your mouth tender. We shared the Crème Brulee for dessert. Food and drinks were good. Atmosphere was nice. Will come back soon.
One of our favorite places EVER!!! Food is fabulous and atmosphere is fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!
