Visited for the first time yesterday afternoon and loved everything about it - the delicious food, the tasty drinks, and the awesome bartenders. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to visit again! By the way...get the duck wings, walleye tacos, truffle parm fries and chicken parmesan flat bread! Soooooo good!
It was a very nice place. Creative menu and the staff were professional. Caramel apple cheesecake served nice and cold which was great. Excellent pork belly and rosemary mashed served with a small tab of butter in the middle. Someone in the kitchen knows what they're doing.
It's a fun place to have a good drink and the hamburgers are special.
I am a frequent flyer at Bistro 83 and would only be so if I was sold on the quality of the food and excellent service. Last night's dinner for me was charcuterie, technically a first course, but it was both tasty and plenty. The lead ins were a couple of fine gin and tonics for which I let the bartenders choose the gin ('cause I trust them). My craft beer choice complimented the meats and cheeses.
