Had the pleasure to visit Bistro 83 for the second time recently. My family and I were very impressed with the friendly and prompt service. Our waitress was welcoming and seemed truly pleased to be taking care of our table. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The food was fresh and deliciously prepared.
