Boris was absolutely professional in handling my changing menu ideas. He was very responsive to all my emails and calls. From the start of the process in till the day of the event him and his crew showed a lot of care, and went above and beyond. They way him and his crew interacted with our guests and made them feel part of the preparations in the kitchen was fantastic. Excellent service! The set up was beautiful and very professional… the line of guests goes fast and everyone complemented the pasta saying it was delicious. I do many events and I’m so happy to that I found them because I will recommend them to my customers 100%… food was served on time which is super important for every event. Thank you Bistro 305
