Matt is awesome I would trust him with any real estate deal I’m doing not only is he a great agent he is a great teacher. I feel Like I know A lot about real estate but I always Learn something new with Matt. You can not go wrong with Matt whatever the star ranking is add a few extra for this guy.

Bad experience as owner. Poor responsiveness, communication, etc. I would not recommend this organization.
Deplorable rental management. They completely drop the ball when it comes to following through or communicating honestly, if at all. They have shady switch and bait practices as well that are a direct contradiction to rental agreements but you're left to either deal with it or move somewhere else. - the rent is due by the 1st, with a 4 day grace period... Their stated policy was that rent had to be received at the office by the open of business on the 5th. BUT..... That was never the case (I have the late fees to show it). T... read more
