I had an extremely disappointing experience when I visited this gym to register as a new member. The owner was not present, so one of the workers showed me around. Throughout the tour, I was repeatedly told not to touch or use any gym equipment, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a potential member. As a scientist at UCLA, I’ve toured numerous facilities, and I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism.
