I would definitely recommend Bishops Place. I've really enjoyed living here, it's a quiet and well-maintained building. The management and maintenance team is professional and always responsive, which makes a big difference. I especially love the updated kitchen and modern finishes throughout the unit. The location is another huge plus. It's peaceful and residential, yet still very convenient to both Bishops Corner and Blue Back Square. A great place to call home in West Hartford!
I have been a resident for almost two years without any problems. Maintenance (AJ) is awesome and very attentive to any request I have had. He has stopped what he was doing to help me (more than once) and seems happy to help when in need. I have no complaints and have been happy living here.
The staff at Bishops Place are a very good team. Amanda is very responsive when a resident brings concerns to her attention. AJ is always Johnny on the Spot when it comes to making repairs when something breaks. Every time I see him he is busy either cleaning or some other task, keeping the building looking amazing.
I just relocated out of Ct. Over the past two years of living here at Bishops Amanda and AJ were always helpful. This is a quite and safe place to live i definitely recommend it!! Thank you!
I would like to suggest exploring other rental options. The management appears to have some organizational issues. Getting in touch with someone over the phone outside of regular hours can be difficult, even in urgent situations, as help may not be accessible until the following business day. I share the apprehension regarding stolen packages, as the building can be accessed by buzzing in a neighbor.
