I would like to suggest exploring other rental options. The management appears to have some organizational issues. Getting in touch with someone over the phone outside of regular hours can be difficult, even in urgent situations, as help may not be accessible until the following business day. I share the apprehension regarding stolen packages, as the building can be accessed by buzzing in a neighbor.
I'm currently living in this apartment building and using a different name to keep my privacy. I'm looking for a new place to live and waiting for my lease to end before revealing my real name. It's important for potential tenants to know that despite how it looks, this property has some maintenance and management issues. We had a positive experience living in Bishops Place close to 3 years. It was conveniently located and close to 2 grocery stores (Whole Foods and Big Y). The complex is quiet and well kept. Plenty of parking and they even assist clearing the snow from your vehicle on winter days. As a bonus they have 2 Peloton bikes in the complex's gym. Will certainly miss those!

Have never had a good experience talking to the property manager. Lived at this place for almost 3 years. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to be treated indifferently !!
