Do not live here!!!!! it is totally disgusting. It smells bad, there are no college students even living there. If college students won't live there, why would you live there. The place is infested with ROACHES!!! they are giant and disgusting. and judging from other reviews, this has been going on for the past ten years. I lived here for a ALMOST a year, I couldn't take it anymore. They're cheap, yes, and at first I thought I could handle having only one window, and a tiny kitchen that I couldn't even cook in (I love to cook but never did in this apartment due to the roaches) it would get unbearably hot. You can't even control your own thermostat!! There was also a bed bug infestation while I was living there. Honestly, it's isn't worth living in a filthy, hot box , even as cheap as they are. I am a resident at this complex. Tonight I have no hot water. During the day it heats up to about 80 even in this cooler weather. I have no a/c as you have either heat or cooling at the option of management. To cool it off enough to sleep, I must open windows with no screens. I have roach powder and spray everywhere I don't actually prepare food and still see 5 or 6 a day.
