Had not a good experience actually. I didn't have any appointment, just walked-in. Was looking for a haircut with a good service, what I expected from downtown Bellevue. My haircut was 10 mins long, +5 minutes waiting time. No haircut paper strips, just a cape. My hair was everywhere after this "haircut". Nobody asked me if I'm comfortable or not. Then haircut... A couple of moves with hair clippers, changing length, and that's it. No scissors, no adjustments on the sides, even no comb) this is first time when the barber did... read more

Eris did an amazing job with my hair. I went in for the first time with high anxiety and scared to let a new person handle my hair. She was amazing and walked me through what she was doing and gave me a ton of patience. I gave her creative freedom to do whatever she wanted and though I was SO nervous about the yellow, it came out SO beautiful and I am so happy with the outcome. I have also gotten non stop compliments and it definitely adds to how much I love it. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend!
