Before I share the bulk of my experience, I want to thank the wonderful woman who welcomed me, I think it may have been Brande, although I didn't get her name. She offered me a water and made me feel very welcome; I'm so grateful for that! Unfortunately that was the only highlight, and I don't think I will come back to this location. My appointment was for a long haircut and style, which the website indicates includes a shampoo. Paul sat me down and proceeded to perform a dry cut without the shampoo. Brande did a great job on my shampoo and blowout -just the right fullness which held up beautifully during my 4 day trip. I highly recommend.
Asked for a trim and purple toned cool highlights on a medium/ long bob. Wound up with a pixie haircut with brassy mess of a highlights. It was so short that It could not be fixed, had to live with it for months after. Worst nightmare. Scheduled appointment to retouch the wrong color (orange) brassy highlights, waited for 3 hours the next day, only to be told they overbooked, and would call me back to reschedule. Never received a call back. If I could rate this place any lower I would.
