Asked for a trim and purple toned cool highlights on a medium/ long bob. Wound up with a pixie haircut with brassy mess of a highlights. It was so short that It could not be fixed, had to live with it for months after. Worst nightmare. Scheduled appointment to retouch the wrong color (orange) brassy highlights, waited for 3 hours the next day, only to be told they overbooked, and would call me back to reschedule. Never received a call back. If I could rate this place any lower I would.

Cannot recommend this place enough - all the staff are so professional and attentive, and the management is amazing. Brande always has great advice for what hairstyle or tweaks might look good, and she never misses. Everything is clean, precise, and I feel well taken care of every visit!

I have been getting my haircut by Theresa for a few years now. Theresa is amazing! If she’s busy, Paul does a great job too! Both Therese and Paul get 5/5 stars from me. They both are so friendly and funny! A few weeks ago, I booked Theresa again but the app didn’t seem right this time. Bishops switched stylists without asking me if that’s ok!
