I feel so so upset! Maria was so dismissive during my appointment. Absolutely no customer service. Any questions or comments I had were met with short and agitated responses. Her eyes were half-lidded the whole time and she kept drawing out words. I had no idea what was going on. When greeting me, she only said my name and motioned for me to come over. I booked an appointment showed up, open sign is on and nobody is inside doors are closed. Very disappointing.
The hair dresser - Jackie - i took the root touch up and upper lip waxing services. Unfortunately the greys on my hair is still visible and the upper lip wax was also not nice as I still see the hair around my upper lip area. They also charged me extra for setting my hair- which I didn’t opt for or was asked before the start of the service.
