I hate to write this because i dont usually do bad reviews of any place but I’m extremely heart broken. I come in often for a k18 treatment because i have grown out bleached hair that is sensitive, i take very good care of it and i always gently wash, dry, and keep it in braids at night while i grow it out. This is the first time I had a bad experience doing this, usually ive had Ruth who did a great job. a few days ago I had Aaron do my k18 treatment and he ruined my hair. I hadn’t been to a professional salon in years, and I’m so glad I came here! The service was quick, friendly, and very attentive. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and María did an amazing job with my haircut. She really listened to what I wanted and clearly knows her stuff. Definitely recommend!
