While shopping around the bishop arts area. I walked into this store with my sister in law for her birthday and I made a statement “ oh this is a knickknack store . Not sure of the employees name that made the statement . but he was very rude and stated it’s “not knickknack store “ and walked away with out saying what type of store it was or anything. Me and my sister in law decided to leave due the comment that was made . Could have educated the customer instead of being rude . Kindness and Tone goes a long way .
Loved this place! The worker who helped us informed us of the items around the shop and was a great help. She even gift wrapped the bag so cute! Definitely will come again!
