Manny and Derrick came out to my home to repair my hot water for my washer. First & foremost both of these gentlemen had excellent customer service skills! They were efficient and very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most is their communication with me in explaining step by step what they were going to do. Mannie and Romero replaced the sump pump and cover in record time. Excellent same day service. Lucky to have the part available.. Exceptionally kind, courteous and tidy. Easily 5++ service today. Thank you Bishop Plumbing and the crew!

Bishop was able to fit us in for what ended up being an emergency situation. They sent Manny who helped us diagnose our leak. He was professional, personal and helpful!

The office is impossible to get a hold off. They don’t return phone calls and trying to get a bill for services rendered is very difficult. We were hounded for payment for several months with no explanation of billing. Either the office staff don’t care, or something shady is going on. I’ll be using a different plumbing service next time, there’s lots to choose from.

Thank you Bishop! Rodrigo came a day earlier than scheduled to help us address a clogged kitchen drain. He solved our issue and he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He also helped us with two bathtub stoppers that no longer held water. Rodrigo and Bishop are wonderful!
