Great all the employees were very helpful very nice honest concerned and they led me to where I needed to go to get the best dollar for my. The place is very clean.
Customers, please come shop at Bishop....they have the best customer service and know how to treat ppl. I will be shopping here again.
Kind of rude no one bothered to say hi or ask if i needed any assistance after walking around. They weren't even busy to just ignore me.
Devastated. We brought in two pieces of jewelry to be fixed. The man that runs the place decided that I only brought in one piece. I assume he sold my bracelet. He dismissed me so quickly with no empathy. This gold bracelet belonged to my grandmother and my mother turned it into bracelets for my sister and I. It looks sketchy, trust your gut, don’t come here if you truly have a prized possession that you care about. There are better places to go.
