Do NOT rent from Bishop Management Company. I left the apartment in spotless condition, paid my rent on-time every month, moved out in mid-June and am still trying to get my security deposit back, which according to Minnesota law must be returned within three weeks of moving out and providing a new address, unless the building is condemned in which case it must be returned within 5 days.
