Do not rent from this rental agency. The customer service by far is the poorest I've seen and with the rental market the way it is especially in Findlay they require you to make a unrealistic amount per month. My husband and I both work full time good jobs and have excellent references and rental history on homes far nicer than the ones this company advertises. We were $100 short of there 3 times the amount of rent and that was because of the extra monthly pet fee per dog. So we were denied because we have 2 rescue pets. Min... read more
I want to start off by saying this rental company is hands down the best rental we have ever had the pleasure of having. My wife and I have moved numerous times and bishop Kandal is by far superior than all the rest. They are very warm and welcoming, they know how to take care of us renters and they do the best they can to provide amazing services. Only giving stars due to friendliness of the 2 ladies I spoke to, but I think thier policies are a little to over the top for the houses they are renting.
Honestly Savannah seemed nice enough through the email. However the older lady in the office needs to work on her customer service and how condescending she is towards potential renters.
