Lived in a house from them about 4 years. Wish we didn't have to move we loved it there. Staff was always accomadating when I got pregnant and things got rough for our family. They worked well with us and I appreciate them. They are good hearted people. When we first moved electric went out in winter from a storm they were willing to bring a generator out. Very great landlords.
We rented a home from Bishop-Kandal when we first moved to Findlay years ago. They were always very friendly, nice, helpful & very professional. I was always able to get in touch with them when & if I needed to do so. We had a great renting experience with them. We ended up even buying the home we were renting. I still stop in the office from time to time to say hello to everyone & see how they are doing.Thank you once again Bishop-Kandel Rentals!!!
