I give them a one star because underwarranty on my transmission the third gear synchro is Going Out I contacted them to let them know what was happening and they told me I needed to send the transmission to them within 2 weeks my problem was I had a shoulder issue and needed a couple of months to heal. I did not know I would have a 2 week time frame to do this in and and it's not noted in their warranty information they told me because I didn't send it within the 2 weeks after I notified them that they wouldn't warranty it t... read more
Always a good experience
Purchased a cylinder head from them. Within 95 days and 6000 miles the camshaft failed. They take zero responsibility. My guess is cheap Chinese parts during a time when Stellantis has a major parts shortage. Buyer beware.
