I lived at Broadstreet Properties for a couple of years and recently moved out. I was shocked when I received my security deposit refund because I only got back a small fraction of what I originally paid. They deducted nearly every maintenance and repair cost from my deposit. My pet didn’t cause any damage at all, yet the pet deposit seemed to disappear without explanation. Well , rent if you have loose money..Property is looking fancy but inferior materials were used ..maintenance is zero..every now and then u have to call for maintenance and the blame is comes to you..how funny I have to call for same issue all the time..I finally move out because I can't be paying that high and not getting value for money...The only fault I made was I burnt counter top..Just a little part.(which I expected to be deducted from my deposit)..Broadstreet want their property to remain the same forever and put mai... read more

Atp I don't even care about the designs of the places here, there is practically no security cameras at all focusing on bike lock up stations which resulted in a thievery of a bicycle. You have three security cameras in the front foyer practically holding hands by how close they are for no reason, yet right outside there's none, whatsoever. Do better. And don't just say 'o-oh! First month, it's alright, I suppose, I wish there was more colour tho, hallways be giving backrooms but with a tinge of more depression than I expected, artwork would be nice to have in the main entrance at least and not just pure beige and boring walls, would love to get up and admire something pretty before leaving, there's just no personality here, just a box with rooms.
