I seriously doubt that there may be discriminatory behavior. Because they haven’t solved any problems and when I said to them reschedule other time to repair. They said to me No ! Their attitude very bad. Although I said it was not convenient, they were insisting repair. Finally when i checked out , inspector said everything was good. But my deposit hasn’t been refunded. They said we damaged something. I think we are being scammed for money.
Never renting here again. Their customer service is zero, the way their site manager speaks to tenants is rude and uncalled for.

I've really enjoyed living here at 640 building. The building is modern and well-maintained, with spacious apartments and fantastic amenities like a gym and rooftop lounge. The location is perfect, close to everything I need. The management team especially Obi is friendly and responsive, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great place to call home!
