Courteous but way over priced I called Bishop because I had heard of others who used them. It was a weekday evening call and my furnace had stopped working. The repairman was courteous and at my house for 25 minutes. He replaced a gas furnace ignitor, probably the simplest part on the furnace. The call cost $175 - high but it was an evening. Great service for jobs both big and small We have used Bishop for years for regular cleanings and have always been pleased with the service and the friendly technicians. Last week, we needed a new furnace installed because of a cracked heat exchanger. No high pressure to buy the most expensive model. Installation took place the next day. Stay away! Price gauging! Rude customer service! Extremely overpriced! As the previous owners used Bishop we just continued to use them for Furnace/AC periodic maintenance. (found out after the fact these guys are charging about 50% more for maintenance) First time we ran into problems was a couple of days after the big blizzard of 2011.
