I felt that our technician, who came out the same day I called, was also very honest, informative, and helpful. I would never hesitate to call them again. Quick service, quick diagnostics, honest, good work. Who could ask for more?
We just had our furnace, humidifier, air conditioning, and water heater all replaced by Bishop. Scott came out to prepare the quote, looking our old system over and taking some photos. He was very informative and patient with all my questions! . Then when the team of Jeff, Ryan, and Josh came out for the install they were awesome. We had a new furnace and central air installed recently. I really appreciated that options were available for the furnace and the central air unit were available. We chose the two stage Carrier furnace, higher seer ac unit, 4 inch filter, and humidifier. The installers were incredible. In one day, I had a whole new HVAC system. They made sure I understood how to use the thermostat, the humidifier, and all aspects of the furnace. They were very professional. The city inspector told us they did great work after inspection.
