Had a root canal about 4 years ago. Had to have something fixed on it a year later, now i either have to have another root canal on the same tooth and the one next to it due to an infection. Clearly the dentist must have done something incorrect as root canals are supposed to last decades, if not a lifetime. I ended up having the 2 teeth pulled because I could not afford 2 root canals - 1 I had already paid for.... Excellent care from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist!
This was the easiest dentist experience we have ever had, they had my teenage daughters x-ray done and started her clean/polish effort I was able to get all the paperwork filled out. The Dr was so friendly, and so was the hygienist. It's always nice to have a pleasant dentist experience. And I love the speed and efficiency of the office.
I appreciate the kindness that has always been shown whenever I come in. Your office staff and other dental professionals have patiently listened to many stories. My concerns have always been addressed. I trust the advise and information I receive. I would confidently refer any friend, neighbor, or family member.
