My husband & I have been patients of Dr. B's for about 12 years. He & his staff are SUPERB. They actually listen to us & take our concerns seriously. We have never had a complaint with either his ability, knowledge, or the person he is. He has always taken concern & care for us above and beyond what any doctor I've had in my lifetime. We've always been treated with kindness and respect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
He was great when we first started seeing him but I don’t know what’s going on with him or his staff but it’s gotttn to the point my family is changing Dr.’s. His nurse is rude and never follows up on messages left until you call several times over several days and then is just short with you. Dr Bishop rushes in and outmaking us feel like we barely got to discuss concerns. It’s sad how down hill this practice has gone
Never disagree or point out mistakes. You will be told to find another doctor!
Very unprofessional staff especially his nurse! She speaks very condescending to you and demeans you. The staff placed untrue information in file and doesn't care about the service they provide. The Doctor appears to not have time for you and seems always in a hurry to get out! Coded my bill wrong and refused to change it! Would NOT recommend this doctor or his staff!
First appointment with Dr. Bishop -- Very personable - took his time with me - listened well and explained well...
Don't have time for his patients. Barely speaks to patient. Miss diagnose patient that could kill them.
