you are told as a paying customer that you get one parking space. well that's not true. apparently you are not guaranteed that with your purchase. anyone from anywhere paying or non paying customer can park in their lot. the parking pass means nothing. the signs hung around saying they will tow the car if you park in the lot without a pass are a lie. Recommendedthe best family place to stay
We've stayed here for years, but this year was NOT acceptable. We found a bedbug in our living room at 10pm and immediately called the front desk. They gave us a new room and some quarters to put all of our fabrics in the dryer. I spent hours drying clothes and our personal bedding in the middle of the night, only to return to the new room which had ANTS and a disgusting dirty towel still on the living room floor. close to beach and very friendly staff!
2nd time at this hotel and once again it was a great experience! A block away from the boardwalk (you can hear the waves crashing at night from your balcony). Everyone at the front desk is very attentive and knowledgeable, I only remember Trishas name but she was so accommodating and friendly. Also the cleanliness is out of this world! Thank you and see y’all soon.
I visit you all six years ago on my 50th birthday I came for three days and we had a wonderful time I love the rooftop pool so I’ll be back this year six years later I’ll be 56 September 1
Perfect location ~ reasonable prices all year ~ great staff ~ clean ~ perfect on just about everything ~ BUT some of the Condo owners need to put mattress pads on the King Beds ~ some are just too hard. We’ve stayed here for years and know. A++++-
