Held our corporate team event on the Venetian Lady. Was around 22 of us and was a blast! We were looking for a venue to host our team and found this great location! Throughout the process of inquiring and booking our event; Leo, Jessica and Serge were responsive and super to work with, answered all our questions and were always available. Great customer service! It was a really bad experience just before started. I had Leonor Arenas as a sales representative. She was so rude and unprofessional. She take away the lady who really made my appt for seeing the yacht. Then, she wants me accept making a down payment for features that I don’t really like in me wedding and suggested that I was trying to low the cost, just because I don’t like red carpets ( in the website says every event can be personalized , not this time )For me, it was the worst sales experience in years, she treat me lik... read more
