This office was very helpful and professional and made my daughter feel very comfortable also the doctor was excellent.
The staff at Biscayne Dental Center is courteous from the Receptionist to the dental assistants to the Dentist. I was surprised at how fast my procedure was. The dentist made sure I felt no pain, he checked on me during the procedure and he made sure I understood my options. I was very satisfied with the service, and the support. Very happy with my cleaning. The hygienist is very careful to do the cleaning and very pleasant.
Great service and excellent support from everyone there! I loved the attention of the assistants and the doctors! All very happy to explain everything in detail and help me feel confortable.

When you first enter it gives the feeling of being expensive, cold -- not down to earth. It ends up being very expensive with pricing out of reach for average people.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Rafael Urbino was outstanding. He talked me through the procedure, kept me calm when I got nervous, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied.
