My only complaint was that I waited for quite a while once I was in the exam room to be seen.
I am a new patient to the Biscayne Dental Center. When I called to make my appointment the earliest availability that fit my schedule was in about two weeks. That was not a problem but when I spoke with the receptionist and she asked for the reason for my visit and I told her I was coming in for a general check up and cleaning. Very good Just felt a little rush in all thru my visit
I always feel like I am bullied by the women at front and I feel they are not really trained in customer service. They think they have the monopoly on dental care. The only reason I returned was because I lived near there. I will need to re-consider my options going forward.
