It's such a family! Great gym. CLEAN! Awesome instructors-- different types for everyone. It's a boxing class gym but spinning is amazing here. Held in a glass caged room. Really cool. Highly recommend. Not impersonal like a big corporate gym.
BEST boxing gym in the state of Florida hands down!! Can't say enough about the trainers techniques and commitment. I have NEVER worked out so hard in my entire life and still enjoyed it. Thanks to you all-Amanda
