I was let down by their Tropical Bay IPA. Every can I opened fizzed as if I had shaken the beer furiously and lost a good 25% of the contents. Taste was fine once the beer settled, but losing a quarter of every beer is quite an issue.
Very nice taproom unfortunately the beer is not very good. Both the Marlin's Lager and the Cultura had a diacetyl presence, the former was undrinkable. The bartender said the beer tasted "normal" to him but he had never heard of diacetyl. We tasted the Pale Ale and the Porter and both were ok, just not to our preference that particular day. A little training for the servers would be a good idea.
Very tasty IPA's. Chips and salsa and the smoked brisket is great.
