Bisbee Computers has been in the greater Cochise County area for 14 years. Starting in Palominas we then moved to a temporary site in Warren, and finally to our permanent home. What sets us apart from the other "Geeks" is that we go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of with extreme professionalism. ALL repairs are done on site so we can get your machine back to you as quickly as possible.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS! I took them my laptop to repair, they gave me NO RECEIPT to redeem my property, TWO WEEKS LATER THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND THEY WERE NO LONGER SURE THEY REMEMBERED ME.
The owner (Brian) was very rude. He stated he did not like Mexicans and invited me to leave his store because I was a Mexican. I told him discrimination was illegal. He pointed to a sign saying he reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and told me to leave.
I went to Bisbee computers because they are also a music store. I heard they had a number of spattercaster guitars for sale. While in the shop a man who said his name was Brian and identified himself as the owner was very condescending to me. I told him that I have played guitar since I was three, and was interested in a spattercaster. He said since I was a Mexican I could look through the store while he stood at the door to keep me from running out with one of his guitars. At first I thought he was joking, but he wasn't. I gave them one star because I could not give them LESS this is the worst possible place to get a computer repair. I had my computer in their shop for a virus scan I came to pick it up after they called me and they could not find my laptop!!!! I waited and waited finally went home. The next day they called to say they found my laptop. I again came to pick it up only to be told they lost my laptop cord. I made three trips to recover my laptop. No offer to compensate me for their incompetence or any consideration of my wasted ... read more
Business response:
I'll admit that we have misplaced the paperwork on a computer or two over the years. We have put in place a much better way of tracking computers that are in our shop.
These guys treated me well. They found and restored an important file I had lost or deleted or something and replaced a fan I didn't even know was broken. I'd go back if I needed some other computer help.
