Incredible team! Grateful for their support, kindness, and encouragement during our labor and delivery.
I just want to say thank you to all the amazing staff in the birthing center. All of the you who helped bring my son into the world . You all were extremely helpful, informative, kind and I will never forget these things, thank you.
Spent 40 minutes calling Essentia with no success in any department, repeatedly received busy signal and server errors online. Finally got an answer in the birthing center (wrong department but got desperate and hoped for a transfer) WAS HUNG UP ON after apologizing for calling the wrong department and asking for the transfer. I was polite and made my request quick and simple. Rude and unnecessary behavior. Would have appreciated any excuse including too busy or don't know how.
Shout-out to all the amazing staff who helped ensure a safe and smooth delivery this past week, as well as to all the post-delivery staff who took care of all of us so well! We had a scary moment during labor when our baby's heart rate dropped because the cord got pinched. The staff was all so quick to fix the problem and get us safely back on track. Play too many head games and don't keep certain things in mind with certain medical aspects. Next time will have relative go elsewhere
