The completely got my daughter's name wrong on her daughter's birth certificate. Also did not present proper paperwork for insurance. Other ridiculous things happened as well, as if some petty goings-on were happening. The people who do the paperwork do not have the aptitude or care for doing things correctly.
If you have a reasonable alternative I would not recommend CRH for labor and delivery. We will be making a longer drive for our next delivery due to a very poor experience with the birth of our son in 2017. I will describe our experience briefly, but there was much more frustration beyond what I’ll share. During my wife’s labor there was very little attentiveness, and as our sons heart rate repeatedly dropped dangerously low in the hours leading up to delivery no one was available to even provide reassurance.
