I called to ask a simple question: “Do you sell colorful streamers for backdrops or tables?” The response I received was, “Uh… I’m sorry, we’re just too busy to address that right now.” I then asked, “Do you sell birthday decorations?” and was told, “Yes, but we’re just too busy to address that right now.” Very disappointing customer service. Based on this interaction, I won’t be choosing to support this business.
The order was late. (Regarding their reply) The office was open and had people in it until 5pm no attempt was made. The vase was broken, the plant was near dead, in not enough soil and was bone dry. The card indicating who it was from was missing. It was delivered by Doordash driver. Don't order from here if you value quality. Edited 11.14.2025. A new, much larger and alive plant arrived today.

The flowers that were delivered for my birthday were absolutely beautiful. The arrangement was made up of vibrant colors and such a beautiful variety. The person that delivered them was so pleasant. The bouquet made my day! Thank you!
I Placed An Order That Was Delivered To The Wrong Person. In Which I Was Charged 12.00 Dollars For Delivery. But The Delivery Wasn't Through Their Own Company. The Company Used Door Dash To Deliver My Order. I Contacted The Company To Inform Them My Fiancee Did Not Receive The Bouquet Or Balloon. That Was Ordered Through Their Company. The Florist Seem Like She Didn't Want To Redo The The Order. Which Is Unprofessional leaving Myself Out Of 120.00. I Continued To Call To Correct The Order.
