Dental Depot is the Best !!! 21st Century dentistry with a hometown feel from the past. The People & Dr.s are tops ! Why would anyone go anywhere else?
Today was my first trip to the Dental Depot in Norman. The staff was very kind and attentive! They paid attention when I told them my teeth are sensitive and it hurt at times when dentists in the past used the cold water and air while working on my teeth. They were very careful not to make things morr painful than they had to be. My teeth are just that way. All-around great experience and the entire staff incredibly friendly and welcoming!
In and out quickly with my checkup, everyone helpful and positive--very good experience. See you in 6 months. Ken
I recently moved away from Norman and made the drive back to this branch - specifically for the great customer care and service. Dr Patel and Staff are courteous , fun and professional. Dental Depot saved me after a botched crown made by another dentist in Norman. I have been going there ever since. Dental Depot has a great environment, terrific staff, hygienists and dentists. I couldn't be happier and now I have my family and friends going here. They think it's great, too.
Today I asked for an emergency appointment because a tooth turned dark and could be infected. The crisis is due to having gotten two hip replacements in the last six months. An infection that could get in the blood stream is something to avoid at all costs because of the potential damage to the hip replacements. But Dr. Patel examined my tooth, viewed the ex-rays and all that is needed is a topical filling. This was an emergency visit and I needed attention quickly. From the first call to the exit my level of service was totally profession and comforting. The front desk greeting was friendly and Stacie was great and prepared me for Dr Dave. He was the best!! I would recommend this Depot to everyone!!
We couldn't be happier with our time at Dental Depot. Every single person we encountered was so sweet and welcoming. My son felt completely comfortable, and actually enjoyed the dentist!!
I had a dental emergency, front tooth cracked at gumline and very painful. They scheduled me in next day. Called me back to room on time. Staff very kind and efficient and I couldn't help but notice they took great care with sanitizing everything. Dentist explained my options then decided on extraction. They gave me the price up front before starting. Solved my immediate problem and let me know what I needed and gave estimate. Very impressed, I'll go back.
