It’s taken me a little while to write this review, but I feel I need to share my experience. My son was born on January 24, 2024. Unfortunately, there were complications with his birth and he was diagnosed with Mild to moderate HIE and immediately taken to children’s mercy for cooling treatments. We delivered our baby girl here in July and had an incredible experience. Our labor nurse (Victoria) was attentive, kind, knowledgeable … just an absolute rockstar. Having her and my doctor deliver our baby was a dream. Everyone involved honored my wishes in my birth plan. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of during our time here. I can not say enough great things about this place. As a first time mom going through all this for the first time is exciting but also very scary and everyone that I came in contact with from the moment of checking in to the moment my son and I got discharged was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I live about 35 minutes from the birthing center but I will be making that trip again for future deliveries just to be able to experience the care I got like my first delivery. I want to say our experience here has been nothing short of Elite service. First time dad here. I want to personally shoutout a few of our nurses we had Camryn, Paige, Jessica, Riley, Ashley, andrena and Meredith. All of them went absolutely well above the call of duty. Doctor Kay delivered our baby through c section due to some things on our side. She made us feel confident and took away our anxiety during the procedure. I do really want to highlight the nurses.
