I recently visited Birrieria Guadalajara and overall thought the food was good. The flavors were satisfying and everything we ordered tasted fresh and well made. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit on the expensive side for the portion sizes. One thing that also stood out was the limited menu. I had a take out order and it was ready to fast. I just sat down for less than 5 minutes and it ready. Very delicious birria 😋
