I just got a call, 8:30 pm on Christmas Eve, from Vincent at the downtown Birraporetti's to let me know that they were closing in few minutes and would not be there for my 9:30 reservation that I made over a week ago. He told me he had a list of people to call, but did offer to make a reservation for me on Thursday. And at 8:30 on Christmas Eve where do I go have dinner now? great food, great service!
Worst customer service ever! Switched my card with another customer and offered no compensation! Never got my card back. Had to cancel everything. My financial security was completely compromised and the manager had a terrible attitude and was completely unapologetic. She clearly wanted us to go away rather than owning the situation. No one wants to hear excuses when they’ve been victimized. A genuine apology would have at least helped. But instead she sighed at us as we walked away. Loved it; Birraporetti’s is a legendary eating house. Heading to the theatre, so it must be Birraporetti’s
Love their food and atmosphere!
